"The office staff and maintenance crew are really good and so friendly…but Kayla and Ms Rita are so sweet and will always listen to your concerns and will try their best to resolve your issue. Now our building is having some serious foundation issue. Walls from the garage all the way to the ceiling inside the unit there’s crackssss…I have bought to their attention and was informed there’s a plan in place to resolve the issue and I am trusting their word and I DONT trust…but then I trust them :-) …I have no complaints at all…plan on moving to another unit in this complex…love it here"

"Beware the Manger will stereotype you. My credit score was good,income over the limit and rental history at a number one. I'm a single mother who is making pretty good money. I was told everything looks good,but she would have to run it by the manager to go ahead and get the approval, but it's no issues on my end so get ready to have your deposit ready.This Manger was so amazed on how a single mother can afford a nice apartment by herself and seen how everything looked on my end and had to find one reason not to approve me and guess what it was . I had somebody else on my bank statement with me and they needed to come do an application . I have never been though this before because other places never worried about who was on my bank statements. When I tell ppl this they say the same thing why was she in your business that much it shouldn't matter who is on there plus alot of ppl do that just in case something happens to them.This lady acts like she running the foodstamps and welfare program. I'm sorry that's being to noisy or she was just stereotyping."

"Been having maintenance issues in my apartment for the past 2 years, been living here for 5 years. I have foundation issues and the management just sweeps it under the rug every time I bring it up to them. They’re always telling me that a contractor will come take a look at it but they never do. But yet they want to keep raising my rent. Just tired of having to call every week for them to come check my apartment out and nothing is getting resolved. Until the apartment falls apart, they’ll probably do something about it ."
