"This location is unbeatable! Situated in a highly walkable area, it's surrounded by schools, shops, and various amenities. The dedication of the management team to improve and assist residents is truly commendable! Gloria and Cynthia are always available, approachable, and attentive to the needs of the residents. They promptly addressed any concerns or issues that arose, making sure that our living experience was nothing short of exceptional. The apartment itself is well designed, maximizing both functionality and comfort. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as ample storage space. Living in this apartment complex was an absolute delight. The community was diverse and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The newly added amenities, including a well-equipped fitness center, clean dog park and a serene outdoor area, added great value to my overall experience. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex. With its prime location, incredible management team, and continuous improvements, it truly stands out as an exceptional place to call home. Whether you're a student, or a small family, you'll find everything you need right at your doorstep."

"I visited this property because l heard of many upgrades they were doing. I’m locked in a contract where l currently reside. But after touring the property with the manager Gloria speaking with the assistant Cynthia whom was taking care of another potential resident and meeting the maintenance staff. I was completely sold. I feel that the manager took time out of her busy schedule just for me. (Totally impressed) I love the gazebos, well that’s what l call it. The music at the pool was awesome along with the public grilling area. Nothing like sitting at the pool enjoying good music and smelling bbq cooking. Dog park was a great benefit since l have a dog. The model l toured was so amazing. The property was nice and clean. I spoke to a few residents whom seem to be very happy and content with their home. Once my lease is up l will come back. Thanks to the manager Gloria and her staff for a wonderful tour."

"It would have been better without the infestation of bedbugs. The area is the best, walking distance from stores, restaurants and elementary, middle school and high school. Klein isd is the best. I was extremely happy with the complex and the apartments are well equipped and comfortable. However my paying over 100.00 for pest control/bedbugs (on top of the monthly 9.00 for pc) and still infested for too long a time is unforgivable. They didn't even offer a clean apartment. One family in another apartment had to pay 500.00 to move to a clean one without bedbugs. I'm a senior with a fixed income and it was impossible for me. However, I still miss the neighborhood and being that close to my daughter's house and the grandkid's schools. I would still recommend it,but be aware to inspect it first. "KEEP LOOKING: I have been here for two years and I am ready to go! I decided to give these apartments a chance because I was new to the area, and the price was affordable. I did my initial walk through the day before I signed the lease and everything checked out. There were a few cosmetic issues that they promised to fix before move in. However, that was the first of MANY lies. The day I moved in the a/c broke and the roaches made an appearance. It was a hassle to even get the a/c fixed maintenance claimed it was ok, and the upstairs neighbors were NASTY. Took several months for management to even call for pest control because of the infestation. Upstairs neighbors finally moved and the roaches are to a minimal. With the change of management yet again the property is a mess. Beer cans and trash is thrown all over the property! Loud music early in the morning is annoying and parking is a nightmare. Do NOT let the price and “updates” fool you please keep looking and find something better."

"If you are looking for a nice little hideaway retreat, look no further. Timber Canyon is a perfect little place to call home. The location is close to shopping, dining, parks and entertainment. It is a friendly little neighborhood to live in. If you are not used to apartment living, it can be an adjustment, but keep an open mind. Life is an adventure! If you are used to apartment living, you will feel right at home. The apartment complex was built in 1982 so you are going to get that 80’s style feel with some new renovations and upgrades. Plenty of space. The ladies in the office are amazing! Enny and Stephanie have been so sweet! We were even greeted with a bottle of wine. That was perfect after the long day we had getting settled in. We understand that no place is perfect, and each unit may have it’s ups and downs. Just communicate with the management team and they will do their very best to ensure it is taken care of. My husband and I are very pleased with our place here at Timber Canyon so far."
