"I've lived here a year and half now and it's very nice. The staff is always very professional and friendly. The complex is always clean and neat. They they're little events regularly which are fun to attend. While the rent is a bit expensive it is on par with other apartments in the areas and this place allowed my the pets whereas most places would not let me have all three. I'm very appreciative of this place and the staff."

"I have never seen a more caring home to live in. The staff really take their time to listen and try to help take care of problems on the property. When I first moved in, there was a slight problem with my dryer, and it was taken care of the very next day by maintenance. It's a bit aways from public transit as most of Texas is, so a car is useful to get around in the area. Quiet and and clean with very solid internet speeds, I'm very happy I chose to live here."

The amenities are top-notch - the pool area is pristine, and the fitness center has all the equipment I need. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-maintained. I love the modern kitchen and the natural light that comes in through the large windows. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping and dining options. What really stood out to me was the sense of community here. I met some friendly neighbors during my visit, and it felt like a place I could call home. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I'm seriously considering making this my new home. Highly recommended!"
"The preserve at colony lakes is one of the best places to live. I work from home so I am usually in my apartment all the time. The surrounding is very peaceful and staff is very supportive. The apartment rates are very affordable though the appliances are old but functional."
