"They are money hungry and don't want to fix anything.. parking is horrible and if you order anything and it's put by your door it will be taken. If evicted they will add charges and make it impossible to find another place. I missed 2 months of rent and they evicted me. Apartment was good at move out except for the carpet( wasn't cleaned for a year) no holes in wall and I didn't paint it. They ended up adding charges of almost $15,000.. if this place is for you then fine but be warned.....I'd give them a negative amount of stars if I could.."
"I’ve lived here for 4 years now the staff is amazing. The property is clean and safety has never been an issue. My only complaint is some of the apartments are outdated. One should not have to move out in order to receive the new upgrades. I still would give this property a 5 star rating Sophia is amazing the maintenance staff top-notch"
"For the most part, I like this apt complex. The office staff and maintenance team are very responsive, helpful and friendly. It is close to stores, shopping centers and restaurants. It doesn’t take long to get to Houston either. The only complaint I have is the walls and floors are very thin (compared to other apt complexes I’ve lived at). I can hear the people below me and next to me. However, you do have to keep in mind that this place is more affordable than others."
"I went to go check this beautiful property out the other day & fell in love with the quiet at home feel. I love how exclude it is . Sophie was amazing! She was fun, informative, welcoming. That’s hard to find in this climate. Hopefully this will become a new home for me. = )"
"I stopped by MAA Kirkwood apartments on 1/23 and Malana was beyond amazing. She took her time in showing me around the apartment complex, showed me all amenities it had to offer and answered all my questions. I cannot wait to move to MAA once my lease is up in February."
