"Rental office took our id's and passports whatever they needs to show apartments. That's OK. Like every other offices. But then she said. She is going to KEEP the Id's and passports in her shlef?! Why I need to give you my id or passport to you to keep it? You already scanned or copied or whatever you need. Why you need to KEEP it with you? Police officers running your office? Haha thank you. I'm leaving."
"I've lived in apartment communities for over 29 years, and I have to say The Trestles have been the best by far. Very professional management with Mr Reuben, very prompt maintenance, and excellent upkeep of the property overall. We feel very safe, no incidents over the past year. Coming up on lease renewal, which will be a no brainier!"
"I am a single parent living at The Trestles Apartment since 2014. Any maintenance issue has always been taken care of within few hours and manager Ruben very polite and down to earth. My kids love doing their assignments after school at the office which has a designated computer room where residents can comfortably do their work. Rosa the new assistant manager is also very nice. Maintenance supervisor Joe is always available with his team 24/7. Love to call Trestles my home."
