"Living in this complex has been an incredible experience for my family and me. The safety and security here are top-notch, which is a huge relief, especially because my kids attend Klein schools. We've felt completely at ease knowing that they're not only safe at home but also in the surrounding area. I've seen some concerns raised, but personally, I've found this community to be well-maintained and clean. The regular pest control visits by the complex have kept our space free from pests, and while I acknowledge that issues might arise, cleanliness on an individual level also plays a crucial role. Regarding maintenance, some simple fixes like removing the shower head filter helped with minor noise issues. I appreciate the efforts made by the management to maintain the complex, and I feel they've created a diverse and welcoming community. In essence, this place has been a haven for my family. We're grateful for the sense of safety and the vibrant atmosphere. It's truly a home where we feel comfortable and secure, especially considering the excellent schooling options nearby."
"The main problem i have with this complex is the rats! Front office staff helps as much as they can but this is a issue they haven’t been able to fix in months. Also parking isn’t the best either"
"If I could give this complex apartment 0 star I would. Poor management, poor hygiene, smells like weed everywhere and I’m sure they can smell it too. Crack heads and people bumping music in the parking lot all day long. Get ready to be hunting cockroaches literally every day. No hot water most of the times, and if you need maintenance good luck with that. You will feel homeless in your own place. I wouldn’t call it a place. I would absolutely not recommend wasting my time even considering, I promise you will definitely regret!"
