"They definitely do not care about their tenants, and after you sign the lease all they are interested in is making more money off of you. The very first night after my partner and I moved in, his car got towed. We had the visitor parking tag in the apt and had to go get it to put it on his car's rearview mirror... in the time it took us to do that, his car was gone from the parking lot. We tried disputing it with the front desk and they simply did not care, the towing company is money hungry so be very careful with parking. Almost $400 to get his car back, the first night. We had a 1st floor unit and it was infested with roaches. I had to buy roach baits from kroger and exterminate the place myself. They charge you a mandatory $100 cleaning fee when you move out (aka you wont get your deposit back) I don't know what they do with that money because when I moved into the unit, the floor was filthy, the tub was disgusting too... I spent the first night cleaning what they had supposedly already "cleaned". Oh and there's also an "a la carte" list of items (toilet, doors, faucets, etc) that will be charged to you if they deem your cleaning unworthy. They also charge for carpet cleaning, which I think should be on their dime. They basically want no responsibility for the upkeep of their units. The valet trash service is bad... they don't pick up your trash half of the time. Reviews about the place smelling like weed are very true. The unit I stayed in smelled like weed daily after 5pm. Parking, don't even get me started... if you make it back after 5pm, forget about parking anywhere near your bldg. They do have carports and garages but it's an extra $50/month for the carport and $100/month for the garages. The gym has broken machines, only one treadmill (out of three) was in operation during my stay."

"I currently live here been here for about a year now. And I have nothing but good things to say! I’ve never had any type of issues, front desk people are very helpful and go the extra mile to help with any concerns/questions I may have and a big shoutout to the maintenance team they are always on top of their game! I put in a maintenance request and by the next day I get home and everything that was requested was fixed! Sad to be leaving due to work being a bit far. But 10/10 reccomend Parkside place!"

"Beautiful community with great prices! The apartments look modern and include washer and dryers! From the manager, Martha to Jonathan, Andrea and Nick, they make you feel at home! Very friendly. Maintenance is very efficient. Everything is near by, from Kroger to Walmart to 99, even Old Town Spring. Don’t pass out, highly recommend."

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The property itself was well-maintained and had a variety of amenities to enjoy, including a stunning pool area and a well-equipped fitness center. The location was also ideal, with easy (walking distance)access to nearby attractions and dining options. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a positive and enjoyable stay."
