"I would not recommend living here. They do not keep the safety of residents in mind and allow a dog that has bitten people multiple times to still be on the property without enforcing a leash policy or a muzzle. And if you get bit, they won’t confirm with you if that dog has up-to-date shots, even with a police report being filed, so you can’t even get proper medical treatment. I’ve also had both of my vehicles broken into on the same night, and my neighbor's car was stolen twice a week later. Multiple vehicles on a different night had all four tires stolen and their cars left on rocks. This apartment is advertised as a “luxury” apartment, but it is not."

"Living at the Grove has been wonderful and I have been enjoying all of the resident events the staff has been hosting lately! Very walkable area to some great bars and restaurants and the community is always very clean"

"Creekside Park the Grove, is an amazing community needless to say. From staff to amenities and its luxury beautiful sleek design. My husband and I could not be any happier with our choice, of making this amazing property our home for the next couple of years. We have been here a little over 6 months and we have zero complaints. When we went in for our first tour we were amazed with all of the staff especially with Raul. He answered all of our questions with great detail. They are great with answering phone calls and emails. Which we are truly grateful due to past issues we have had at other complexes. Cannot wait to share this experience with our new neighbors."

"IF YOU HAVE KIDS, DONT MOVE TO THE GROVE. ITS NOT KIDS FRIENDLY ANYMORE. I live here for almost 2yrs and things changed a lot for worse. The best part of living here was the opportunity for kids socialization . Now the community is sending multiple notifications for families that kids are not allowed to play in the social area, outside enjoying the day. Can you imagine that?! They want to apply financial penalties if they find your kid playing in the green area in front of the pool and even saying that families could be evicted. They say kids are damaging the property which is not true. The truth is maintenance is needed in any community and recently the service is on a down hill trend. For example, if you have maintenance tickets opened for your unit, good luck, because it will take a while for you to get assistance. If my kids cannot enjoy the day playing outside, we might need to move out once our lease ends."

"It is evident that these brand new apartments are beautiful. Even more apparent, however, is the hardworking and helpful staff who truly make this place top notch. The complex immediately felt like a community upon arrival, and this is in large part due to Irma, Brandon, and Mike. Irma has such a kind warmth about her that made us feel welcome right away, which speaks volumes as we initially felt out of our element uprooting from out of state. She is very good at what she does and extremely knowledgeable about the ins & outs of the apartment. Without even asking, Irma relayed plenty of helpful move-in tips and was very thorough in providing information about utilizing the JustinMobile and Luxer apps to access the apartment. We were totally clueless upon arrival and very confused on how to use these at first, but her communication and patience with us were unparalleled. The maintenance guys, Mike and Brandon, also extended such kindness and a helping hand as we struggled to move many large, heavy boxes from the package room to our unit. They offered to help us without us asking and without a moment’s hesitation. We were certainly taken aback by these guys, in the best way possible. They are extremely skilled, diligent, and prompt in responding to maintenance requests as well. We had a few items upon move-in that needed tuning up which although did not need immediate attention, they prioritized us & everything was fixed so quickly! Community members have all been so friendly and respectful too. There is no doubt you’ll feel comfortable living in these gorgeous apartments and relish in all the fine amenities. What is even more comforting to know is that you’ll be in good hands with such supportive staff members and in good company with great tenants who make this place feel like a home. Update on 10/11/23 (move in was 3/1/22): After over a year at this complex, I have to unfortunately change my review from 5 stars to 1 star and would honestly give 0 if I could. Everything aforementioned above has gone downhill. The staff has changed over for the worse. The community feeling that we were initially drawn to about this complex, as written about above, is now absent. The maintenance staff is extremely unprofessional. In one instance we had requested a call before coming in to give us notice as we work nights, however, Eder failed to do this. This wouldn’t have been a huge issue, but his customer service skills continued to lack during our interaction and he was extremely rude. After looking at the faucet, which he barely tended to for 30 seconds, he walked out without saying anything and turned his back to the fact that we still had 2 more work orders to fix including the failed outlets all attached to the kitchen island and the air filter—the latter of which we had put in a request for 3-5 months ago & it was never replaced. After calling for him as he was walking halfway down the hall ignoring me, I said we still have pending work orders, and he had the audacity to say that he was leaving because I answered the door rudely. Perhaps I wouldn’t have been caught off guard at the door had he read the work orders and been prepared to call in advance as requested, and more importantly, know what jobs needed to be done/bring the appropriate parts at time of service. Additionally, the grounds on site have deteriorated due to lack of care by the tenants as well as the negligence of property maintenance. Trash left everywhere in the halls for days on end. Many people who don’t live in the complex also sneak into the gates to use the amenities. The gates might as well be removed because of the lack of security they provide, and they break down nearly every few weeks (not an exaggeration). I have had to back my car up many times due to not being able to exit the complex since the gates won’t open. This gets tedious especially when dealing with the hustle and bustle of morning commuters and the cars that line up behind you also trying to get out."
