"We have been living here about 6 months now, so I feel comfortable writing a review I feel will be truthful. I love our management staff, they have always been helpful and nice to us, and we love our apartment. The floorplan is great and it even came with a washer and dryer. Any problems we had were quickly taken care of (aside from one faulty outlet that I think will just never work lol) When we first moved here we noticed several tennants had very poorly kept patios but that seems to have been taken care of which I really appreciate (I know my neighbors do too). The other.. and honestly only issue is our upstairs neighbors, and the ones directly next to us. I'm not sure anyone seems to be aware that it states in our leasing paperwork something along the lines of: 2 adults per bedroom, with the exception of one young child." Both our neighbors I confidently believe have single bedroom apartments, just like me - only 4 people live in one, and I believe 3-4 in the other. They are extremely loud - all day long and often into the night. My boyfriend and I are both very quiet and do our best to respect our neighbors, so it is very frustrating that the favor is not being returned in the slightest. Don't get me wrong, I know that noise is a part of living in an apartment, but in this case - I believe these tennants are going against their leasing agreement. It's also frustrating to me that management would allow this. I have reached out about the noise, and received very prompt and polite replies about the issue from management, but it has not helped. I do not expect them to babysit my neighbors either though. I'm just confused as to why this is allowed. Following the lease agreements would solve the problem I personally think. I would be so happy to add some stars if the issue gets better. Thank you for taking the time to read my long rant. :) It was especially bad today.."

"I'm very pleased with how the apartment is and how it is ran. I'm not really sure as to why there are so low scores on here. We have had an very smooth process of moving in to monthly updates to the happenings in the community. The staff keeps an eye on the social network as to the complaints and are usually on top of it. I have seen it resolved very quickly. Other than that, there are absolutely no complaints and would recommend this to anyone wanting an apartment in a quiet area of town."

"I've lived here for almost 2 years without any major problems. There was one tenant that didn't want to keep her dog on a leash, but she moved out (not sure if the apt made her move or not). I feel safe there. Neighbors are quiet and nice. Love the pool and courtyards. Apartment is a good size for me and my daughter. My only compliant is unless you pay for covered parking, it is sometimes hard to find a park space."

"We lived there for 5 months. The experience of living there was not bad but moving out has proven to be hell. We bought a house after 5 months of living there. I told them we would pay the last months rent and move out early so that could rent the apartment. They said that wouldn't work as they cannot rent the apartment after we paid rent. We agreed to move out after giving 30 day notice and then if they leased the unit before the 30 days was up they would send me a bill for the balance of rent that was prorated by the new tenant. That sounded fair. I had not heard from them for about 60 days so I called and they said they didn't have the paperwork ready. Called three weeks later and same answer. I called again and left them my contact info and asked them to call me and tell me what I owe or send me a bill. 9 months after that I get an e-mail from my credit reporting tool saying that Stoneleigh apartments has posted a derogatory collection for $1886. Before we left we paid to have the carpet shampooed, I touched up the paint myself and we left not one little piece of paper in the apartment. My rent was only $635 per month. I attempted time and again to pay and yet they still filed on my credit. How could I have ever owed $1886 is beyond me!!! I would suggest you stay far far away from them. They are vindictive, rude, unfair and unscrupulous. They do not care about anyone. All they care about is keeping units rented so they get their bonuses! Watch out!"
