"DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you value your sanity, belongings, and general well-being, run far away from this apartment complex. This apartment complex was a complete disaster. I lived there for three years, and honestly, it was a relief to finally leave. During all that time, nothing improved in the place, but they kept hiking up the rent. The appliances were old and broke down almost every week. I had to constantly call maintenance because there were so many issues. While the maintenance team was quick to address problems, the management, on the other hand, deserves zero stars. Once you're a resident, their care and concern vanish into thin air. It's like they forget your existence the moment you move in. I knew I needed to move out as soon as possible the moment I witnessed all old residents loading their trucks and vacating their units. The building stairs were always dirty, covered in spider webs and trash. They never bothered to clean them. Car rims thefts were a regular occurrence, and the management conveniently claimed it wasn't their problem. They even collaborated with a towing company, ready to tow any guest's car just to make money. The pool was never clean, always crowded, and super noisy because people brought tons of guests until late at night. The gym area stank and had broken equipment often. And don't get me started on the AC; it was useless during summer. At night, it was a constant parade of cars blasting loud music and drifting around. And the worst part? They refused to give back my security deposit when I moved out, citing some excuse about using it for light cleaning. It was a terrible experience overall. I'd advise anyone to steer clear of that place if they value their peace of mind and money."
