"Horrible customer service. Since I moved in I have had renters insurance. My information was submitted and APPROVED!! Yet every month they have been charging me a waiver fee as if I don’t have renters insurance!! I have reached out SEVERAL times to get my money credited, I’ve sent proof of my approval dating back to the start of my lease and still no resolve. No one will respond to calls/emails regarding this issue."

"I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here. I applied for an apartment and there was an issue with the screening and I was told to give them until Tuesday (1/2) to figure something out. I was supposed to move in tomorrow (1/5) and still have not heard back from them. I’ve been calling and left a voice mail and nothing. They also got an extra application fee out of me which I’m sure I won’t get back. I guess it’s for the best because they have bad reviews any way."

"I hate these apartments so much I’m not impressed ATALL. You can tell the people who left good reviews were told to by the office workers. The front office NEVER answers the phone/attends to any needs that you request. The apartments are ALWAYS filled with trash & junk. ALWAYS. even the mail room is disgusting. It’s people who don’t live onsite strolling & walking around. It’s so much trash here it’s frightening & disgusting!!! Highly embarrassed for anyone to see I stay here! My apartment is ALWAYS having problems ALWAYS! With only TWO maintenance guys on site. Honestly work orders take months to get fixed(wish I was over exaggerating)!! I even tried to walk to the office multiple times to get help. which is most likely closed! Horrible service from them anyways. I hate it here I hate I signed the lease here these are the worst apartments I’ve ever stayed in my LIFE! I’m truly disgusted & uncomfortable here I honestly should’ve listened to the reviews!"

"Do not sign a lease with this property. My roommate and I found what we suspected to be black mold in our living room, we put in a service ticket, and Exchange 7272's third party contracting company, Libra Construction, came and confirmed that there was indeed black mold in our apartment. The property managers did nothing to fix it. It became apparent that nothing was going to be done to fix the mold. For our own health and safety, my roommate and I made the decision to vacate the apartment. This all took place in March 2022, and Exchange 7272 is still attempting to collect money from us over their negligence to provide a safe living environment for their tenants. On top of all that, the property itself was poorly managed. Trash was everywhere and there were regular shootings around the property. Stay away from this place."
