"Very very disappointed! I never write reviews but in this case I feel the urge to do so due to the fact that I would like to receive a proper acknowledgment of the improper behavior that occurred on 3/17/20. I understand the difficult times that we are ALL experiencing not just health care providers but us as patients as well please pardon me for the way I am perceiving this but I feel that as professionals and knowledgeable individuals and more than anything caring for children, one of your main priorities should be respectfully educating us parents with mindfulness since we aren’t physicians and we at times don’t understand medical terms or would like to know into detail what medicines are being advised to take. The lack of compassion and sympathy was shown at its fullest today! Something that I would have never expected since my kids have been patients of this clinic for over 15 years! All I ask at this point is for Marty and staff to stop for a minute and be more mindful of us worried parents that are unknowledgeable and all I needed was a better understanding of medications that were been recommended, the best answer I received from you and your staff was pretty much to look into it myself in a very discourteous way. Is very saddening to know we are becoming just another patient number and forgotten the first fundamental purpose which I believe it should be to care in a respectful and compassionate way towards others ❤️"

"I have been bring my boys to Martha Strong for almost 11 years, I could not imagine taking them to anyone else. She diagnosed my oldest with a rare and threatening disease when he was almost a year old, so I was able to get it taken care of in time. I am thankful to have her as my boys pediatrician, She has always been helpful with any of my concerns with them."

"God forbid you ask a question about spacing out vaccinations! I only asked because I wanted more information and she became so rude and sarcastic. I was shaking in tears. It was horrible. Her front desk staff has always been rude, but I put up with it for Dr.Strong, sorry Nurse Strong. Not anymore! There are a ton of other REAL pediatricians that are more qualified with a better way of educating their patients."

"Martha Strong is such a wonderful nurse practioner! She accepts patients who choose not to vaccinate or go on a delayed schedule. I feel like she embraces more of a natural approach. Lots of doctors only care to push medicines, but Martha cares about the overall health of the patients. She has a lot of info on the walls in the rooms to help patients know what to eat and what not to eat and other health related things. We've been taking our daughter to her for checkups and when she's sick for about 2 years now and I am always pleased. One note: although Martha is super sweet, her receptionists can definitely work on customer service. The one at the desk this morning was rude from the moment we walked in til we checked out. She didn't even look at me when she talked. No smiles."
