"My kids have been going here for a while now & the service is trash!!! You have to beat everyone at 8am to set an appointment for your child/children. I feel like they are racist & only care about their culture. They make sure they get them in & seen. While we have to wait wait wait every time I call. I told them I would be late 15 mins late due to me stuck in traffic they told me if I wasn’t there in 10 mins I would have to reschedule with my daughter having a terrible sore throat that gonna hurt til the next morning. That’s very inconsiderate. They never answer their phones, even if you call at 8am to schedule appointment. Someone needs to do something about this. This office seems to not care about a thing, only care about going home. They would ask you do the time for you coming, you tell them no and they are like this is the only time available…… WHAT??????? Please get new receptionist at this office!!!!!!!!! Please"

"This place is has made it difficult to schedule an appointment. I’ve called and they won’t set up an appointment for my son to be seen unless I call in the morning at 8am. The appointment would be for that same day I’m calling and that’s if they have an appointment. They don’t schedule appointments for the next day or next week. Is whatever they give you if they have something open that same day. So I will be moving my kids to another pediatrician office since they think I just stay home with my kids. And don’t realize how inconvenient this is to a customer."

"Loveeeee Jeshika so that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. I’m SO SICK of calling and being met with straight up attitude. The check in girl that’s usually up front is sweet but the rest of the office staff even most of the MA’s have constant attitude for no reason. It’s disgusting and unacceptable. You work with children for goodness sake. You’ve got to be genuinely happy or fake it til you make it but being rude for no reason will get you nowhere. We are officially moving pcps."

"I am only giving it two stars because I love the PA Jeshika but other than that this office has gone downhill since I started coming here 6 years ago! The girl at the front check in is usually ok but forget about the rest front staff. I used to work in the medical field and I cannot believe how rude these girls are! One time I was checking out and I literally stood there waiting for the receptionist to finish what ever she was doing in the computer for a good 5 min! A little smile and a “Give me one second” would have been enough, but no she just typed away and literally acted like I wasn’t there. Forget about getting an appointment! If you’re not scheduled for your yearly checkups getting any other type of appointment is out of the question! I live ONE HOUR away! I’m scared to change doctors bc PA Jeshika has always seen my kids for the last 6 years and I love her and they do too but I can’t even schedule a couple of days out. They always say it’s same day appointments and I you have to call right at 8am! I’ve done that a few times and never have had luck getting an appointment anyways. It’s so inconvenient when you actually have a sick baby! They are literally useless other than for your yearly checkups."

"Had my daughters first appointment here. We moved from out of state. They fit her in quickly. Front desk has been professional and polite both times I’ve called. Dr and assistant were both very professional and answered all questions. Very happy with this office!"
