"I am a firm believer in customer service bad or good, it can change everything. I called Jefferson at cedar ridge and spoke to Chris he was so kind and very easy to talk to, he answered all of my questions and concerns but I could tell that he was listening to me and not just reading a script to answer my questions. I made an appointment and when I came in I as greeted by a young lady Jessica with a smile and a hand shake, she got up and didn’t just wait for me to approach her feet, we sat and discussed different prices then I loved the fact that she was like let’s go take a look at the apartment and you may have more questions after. I loved the fact that she kinda stood back and let me look around, needless to say I’m already sold just on customer service alone. They are both so pleasant professional and it didn’t just seem like business it was really an enthusiasm about making the Apartment my home. I did the application as soon as I got home and I then hit a snag in downloading some things, I emailed Jessica and Saturday morning she was responding, I called and she was like just come in and we can help you, I’m older so the technology scares me sometime. I got to the property Saturday after work they were very busy but polite at the same time, have a seat we will be with you shortly and that’s what they did. Chris helped get everything uploaded and they had great conversation just the warmness of the personality! Yes it’s a job but as we all know so many times and places treat you like you’re a number, I work in the medical field and I love to make sure my patients know that I’m there for them. As we know good customer service is hard to find but when I received excellent customer service I had to give these two a big hand clap! Their customer service sold me and a tenant came in while they were showing the property and I asked him how was it living there and the first thing he said was that the staff is so friendly and helpful and he said Chris and Jessica are there to help. That’s just made it even better. I’m so grateful and I can’t wait to move in. Thanks so much guys y’all are awesome."
