"I moved in over a month ago and want to compliment the management team. Jada, the property manager, Stephen and Kenny have all gone above and beyond to help me settle in. They are friendly, competent and get the job done quickly! This is the second Billingsley property in which I’ve lived and I’m impressed with the professionalism of this company. I love my brand new apartment and the gorgeous, serene lake view. The patio is huge! The community amenities are stunning. The interior design from furniture selection, color palette and patterns are unique, bold and aesthetically pleasing. I searched extensively before deciding on Hasting’s End and I’m quite happy with my decision. Thanks again to Jada, Kenny and Stephen for taking the time to come to my unit today to be sure everything was complete and in working order!"

"I had a very short time to do inter-state move and no time to do onsite visit before lease sign! Website all telling me its modern design, great location, and amazing view. But zero reviews since it's a brand new one! Most of all, it's a challenge to sign the lease without onsite visit. What helped me the most is Christina (property manager), so kind, accessible, and detail oriented whenever I questioned on the calls. All staff I met after moving, professional, well listening, and responsive. I moved early OCT-2023, and so far, extremely happy. Great choice for me!"

"My initial tour was with the property manager, Jada. She was SO inviting, patient and helpful. I came back a few days later to tour a different floor plan, in which Christina helped me this day. She was so bubbly and helpful as well. Went back to the office, applied, and was approved within MINUTES! Noel and Jada assisted me on move in day. Jada has been very accommodating. I just love everyone’s individual personalities! They made me feel welcomed to my new gorgeous home with AMAZING views!!!! Everyone is so kind, patient and professional but fun! The best leasing team I’ve EVER worked with!!"

"I started my apartment search on Wednesday afternoon and scheduled an appointment for an in-person tour of a 1 bed/1 bath apartment. Thursday morning, I met with Christina the property manager. She was very friendly and showed me just what I was looking for. A perfect fit. I completed the tour and application the same morning. By that afternoon, I was approved for the apartment and picked up the key Saturday morning for move-in. It was a pure joy to go through a completely hassle-free process. I'm looking forward to living and enjoying my new apartment. Every time I see any of the property management staff, they're friendly and there to assist me with any issues that I may have faced during the move-in process."
