"It has been just over six months since we relocated to our current location, and we find the area and the complex to be highly desirable. The maintenance team has demonstrated exemplary responsiveness, professionalism, and cordiality. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the maintenance team for their exceptional work. They have demonstrated a strong commitment to their duties and have been quick to address our requests. Our experience thus far has been exceptional. Regrettably, we have observed that some residents are not adhering to the policy of cleaning up their dogs' waste. We have attempted to raise this issue with the leasing office team but to no avail. We have only received an email with instructions, which has not been effective in addressing this matter."

"Triggered is an understatement. Made an appointment and drove the hour to take a tour. Only in town for 2 days to locate a unit therefore my time is VERY important. Made a REGULAR appt NOT self guided. Walked into the leasing office and had to wait 15 minutes while she helped the prev person. No biggie. Upon telling her what I’m interested in, her responses were “I don’t know if we have any available you’re gonna have to go check”. All I asked for was if it had a yard or fenced in area. If you don’t know, check the site that lists the units for details. If it doesn’t state that in the details that’s even a bigger problem. Anyways, get there, interested in a unit, asked to show it, she said “I’ll send you guys to it”…. Can we see the amenities? , “you need a fob, so no” What the actual hell? A complete waste of time. I’d never recommend someone to it"

"My family and I moved to this location a little more than 6 months ago. We love the area, the complex and the staff! They are responsive, professional and kind. Many thanks to the maintenance team as well! They do such a great job and quickly respond to requests. Demetrius has always been very friendly and checks in with us every couple of months to ensure everything is well. Overall a wonderful experience so far! We do not plan on going anywhere."
