"Be careful, my vehicle was broken into last night and they attempted to steal it as well. Also earlier this week, some weird man approached my high school daughter as she was getting out of her car and she had to run into our apartment. There needs to be onsite security once the office closes. I’ve expressed this to the office, so we will see if this gets handled ."

Shawn's patience, personable nature, and unwavering helpfulness stood out at every step of the journey. From the moment I began inquiring about the available units to the finalization of my application, Shawn displayed a remarkable level of patience. The prices for this luxury apartment complex is a complete steal! Washer and Dryer included, stainless steel, dog park, and surrounded by nature. I toured A1 and A2– BOTH felt very spacious and the layout was nice. I have been apartment hunting for months in Dallas and you will not come across a 753 Sq Ft (A2) apartment for this price, especially for the location (CENTER of everything. You can drive to Arlington, Grand Prairie, Cedar Hill, Downtown all within 15 mins!). The location is very convenient for those who drive to work. With its prime location, modern living spaces, and vibrant community, I am genuinely excited about this new chapter of my life as a resident here.Without a doubt, I can confidently say that I made the right choice in making Cedar Lakes Apartment my new home sweet home! :)"
