"Informed the manager of mold and rodents which has been an ongoing issue for months and nothing was actually done except for given a cheap glue trap which had zero effect. My complaints and concerns were not taken seriously. I was basically accused of lying despite of having pictures as evidence. Will not be renewing my lease. Do not recommend. They use to be good apartments."
