"This is a really terrible place to live. With the new management they have raised prices astronomically and won't work with residents to adjust accordingly. The location is also very far from any activity and units do not come with washer or dryer despite how expensive they are. I would not recommend anyone live here as there are so many better places closer to downtown for a far cheaper rent."

"I just moved into the apartment complex. Matt and Cheryl helped set me up with a nice unit. I had an issue that John the maintenance guy fixed quickly. The new management company is making a real effort to make this a nice place to live. Cool dog parks and plenty of parking spaces! Very happy with my move!!"
