"You may think, you are going to live a luxury and peaceful life for the high rent you pay here. But, in reality you have to live with roaches, garbage, broken utilities, harassment from the leasing staffs, manager and even from maintenance guy. You have book an appointment just to talk with leasing office staff. They won’t answer a general query without appointment. Management is Greedy and avaricious. I am getting charged extra on top of rent and weird charges every month(~200/month) in addition to rent. They have their own rules, we have to follow but they won’t. Dealing the ladies in the leasing office especially kalee jenkins is pain in the neck. No respect for residents. I want to move out of this hell but 3 months notice to vacate and 85% fine holding off. This is the biggest mistake of my life moving here. Every day living in this hell."

"I'm a past tenant who spent roughly 4 years at the District at Cypress Waters. Years 1 and 2 I had really no complaints living here. Management never the best but atleast the previous group tried at times. Fastfoward to Covid and then the big freeze with power grid problems, the management group who was in place really just didn't care at all. I understand a lot of companies used Covid for an out of not doing anything but, this place really just went down the drain. First off the property needed many updates and upkeep, seem like they let anybody move in, parents not taking responsibility for their kids, no respect for public ammenities and other people's property, etc... The lazy hogs(management in the glass box) just sit on their hands. On top of that the complex added fees for unwanted equipment that half worked properly but still get charged monthly. Only reason for 2 stars is the location was wonderful for DFW airport and most major interstates and tollways."

"I recently concluded a 1.6-year lease and wanted to share my experience for those considering this property. Firstly, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for those who value a serene living environment. The professionalism of the management team is commendable, and the process, including the return of my deposit, was smooth and hassle-free. However, I would like to offer a suggestion for improvement. The current requirement of a three-month notice period to vacate is quite extensive. While I understand the need for a notice period, reducing it to 1 month would be more in line with the dynamic needs of modern renters who may have to adapt to changing circumstances more quickly. This change could enhance the living experience for future tenants by providing greater flexibility. Overall, my stay here was positive, and I highly recommend this property, especially if the management considers revising the notice period policy."

"I had the best experience with Rachael doing my tours and all through out the application process. They have made it so easy to transition into a new apartment. I am very grateful to have moved in to such a great apartment and it all be a seamless process! 100% will recommend them to other."
