Lucia Apartments

"ZERO STAR!!! If I could I would give a ZERO STAR!!! The staff would be very nice and treat you very respectfully when it comes to moving in but after a while the same staff is rude and arrogant and will never accept if it’s their fault. I have had multiple experiences where the staff will send you letter of violation that you have not even committed and when you go and speak to the manager Jeania or any other of her Team members they are rude and they bring up any little mistake that you have ever made while living here. They would not listen to what you have to say, they would just accuse you of your past mistake and try to prove that whatever has happened is your fault not theirs. Also, good luck with their snarky comments.. I m basically paying so much money to be targeted and insulted here. The management before them was way better at customer service.. they used to listen and would actually try to help but this management just want to make money off of you by claiming that you are violating their policies and when you provide them proof they will be rude and arrogant to not admit their blunder. It takes them days to do simple tasks and if you say something about that.. then you get to hear the sarcastic comment from the manager itself that its not our fault that your work wasn't done in “your desired time”. THIS IS NOT THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR RESIDENTS. I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT THE WAY THEY HAVE MISTREATED US AND THEN TRY TO BLAME EVERYTHING ON US!… This place is horrible to live in because of the MANAGEMENT! I WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND TO LIVE HERE IF GABLES GET RID OF THIS MANAGEMENT TEAM.. or else you will just get lured in with their nice and happy go lucky attitude and then get stuck with their rude and insulting comments."

"Where do I even begin? Without question, Kacey is the absolute best! I have never had an experience so smooth when it came to moving somewhere new. She was very helpful, consistent, personable and so much more. I’m new to TX and I already felt so comfortable here because of her. You can’t find service and people like that everywhere. I’m mighty fortunate for her and what’s she done to make this a seamless transition. Also, she followed back up with me SEVERAL times throughout the whole process. I could go could for days about how amazing she is but in all, Lucia is it for me and I love it here. I recommended other people I met along the way this place and they all have the same sentiment: it’s beautiful here! Thank you, Kacey!"

"For the most part I enjoy living here. Unfortunately there are some things that are annoying about these apartments. Most of the doors around the building, specifically the garage and building entry doors do not properly shut or open. They are aware of this, but haven’t made a conscious effort to properly fix them. They fix them enough work for the moment until they break again. They claim to enforce parking rules (guest/resident parking) but I know they don’t. Residents with yards and dogs leave their poop for days sometimes weeks, smelling horrible and creating an eye sore— I’ve complained several times, but apparently not enough for the residents to be held accountable for it. The garage ventilation system doesn’t work on certain floors and hasn’t for the entire year I’ve lived here, most likely because they’re missing belts leaving the garage hot and stuffy. Other than that, nice location. Management is very communicative with apartments news/updates. They have several nice events for residents. Adding as of Feb 2024 if you’re considering being a resident here, what should be included in the service of so called ‘luxury’ apartments, residents are responsible for purchasing their own light bulbs for their apartment, purchasing their own air filter, and refrigerator water filter. Never heard of anything like this in my life."

"Moving is never easy but the Lucia properties are so beautiful they immediately felt like home. Not only did I find a beautiful apartment but I had fantastic help. Kirstin made the whole process as simple as possible from start to finish. She was so professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. If anyone is looking for a new apartment I highly recommend."
