The management staff are consummate professionals. Same can be said for the maintenance staff. The management staff practices top-notch customer service talents, always available to answer any questions and executes these skill sets with enthusiasm and kindness. Your rent dollars could not be better spent!"

"Since I moved to 4 corneas, I have nothing negative to say about the place. My family and I have had a very good experience compared to other places, both in the coexistence, a very quiet place, and in the administration, excellent service and very warm to help when there are problems. They have a very good maintenance team at the place and I would definitely renew my stay at this place again and again. I recommend it if you are looking for a place to have a home with your family."

"Our little family has loved living at 4 Corners. When we first moved in we walked into a clean, well taken care of apartment, with lots of kitchen cabinet space and good carpets. We have loved the amenities that come with the complex. The staff is very good to work with and has great communication speed. Our top favorites we will miss moving out are the pool, valet trash system and the community parks which are walking distance. (I have 3 little kids and we loved the splash pad and park that was a walk-able distance, connected by sidewalks) I HIGHLY recommend anyone searching for an apartment to check out 4 Corners."

"We’ve being living here for the last 18 months and the quality is going worst month after month. All the 3 gates of the community “are broken” has almost 1 year and so far they were not fixed. Even after several complains and requests to the leasing office, what we are listening is “it is a corporate decision and we are waiting for them to fixed”. Trash collection issues, pavement issues, lack of security, in summary is being disappointing :-( We pay a lot of fees to not received the proper quality of service. I hope this message reach “the corporate” and some actions takes place."

"Hi I’m Camille, and I lived here at 4Corners for a year. I absolutely loved it. Nick & Ashlyn were such angels up in the leasing office. They always helped me with what ever I needed and made every accommodation necessary. I would highly recommend this complex for those with family, children, partners, friends, or even just yourself! It is close by to every major free way, wonderful shops and stores. Not to mention if you love a morning walk or evening stroll, the grounds lead to a few beautiful trails. I walked every week on a few of them and every moment was enjoyed. There are also two huge dog parks if you have a fur baby. I can’t thank Nick & Ash enough! Such a wonderful experience."
