"I checked out Vale Frisco recently and had a great time exploring the apartment complex! The amenities were awesome, the rooms were spacious, and the community vibes were great. Although I ended up choosing another apartment, this place was definitely a close second! I could easily picture myself living here. Just wanted to drop a review for anyone thinking about it – it's definitely worth checking out! Big thanks to Brenda, the leasing agent who showed me around. She was super professional, thoughtful, and just overall amazing and accommodating. I'd give the whole experience 5/5 stars because of her!!"
"I have been a resident at Vale for 7 months and have been extremely impressed with the professionalism and communication that I receive about what’s going on at the community. The amenities are beautiful, it’s quiet and my fur baby loves it. My corner apartment has a wrap around balcony where I get to see the beautiful Texas sunsets. I love it here!"
"Let me start out by saying we love where we live. We are even currently in the process of upgrading to a 2 bedroom! But before all this me and my husband were living in Mobile, AL. We felt like God was calling us to come to Frisco so we started looking for a future home we came across Vale and spoke to Brenda who walk us through the entire process and we took the leap of faith and moved out here without seeing it in person, but it was exactly like what Brenda had told us! Brenda provided us with an incredible experience. She made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in and the moment we contacted her. She confidently responded to all of our inquiries and had a great deal of knowledge. This is the leasing agent of choice if you're searching for the ideal one. She is such an amazing human and I can not thank her enough or Vale Frisco. We are truly so thankful for the honesty that Vale Frisco has provided. Every time I would get anxious about any type of paperwork or anything like that they’re just a call away and Brenda always picks up! So happy!"
