I love the fact that you can call them with whatever issue you're having, and they honestly listen and work with you to get everything resolved in a timely manner. "I was helping a girlfriend find a new apartment and we stopped by this location last week. We spoke to a leasing agent I think his name was Marco, very helpful, had patience with all the questions we had, and was super knowledgeable with the process on leasing a new apartment. Although we still have a few more spots to check out I just want to emphasize customer service here is beyond amazing!"

"I have lived at this property for a couple of years and its been pleasant. We havent had any problems. Perla the assistant manager has been so sweet, helpful and attentive. When we need something fixed maintenance comes through. Mr Fred is THE BEST! It's like having your dad come by and fix something. By that I mean he's doing his job but he actually cares if it's done right. So he goes above and beyond what's expected."
