"I love this property! My whole move in process was smoothly handled by Makinley and she was so helpful with ensuring that all my questions and concerns were addressed! Maintenance is amazing with handling issues within a timely manner, Ronnie is very quick and reliable."

"We love this property! The landscaping and amenities are well kept, and the location is perfect! The one thing that really sold us on the property was Abdul! He's the kindest person I know! When we toured the property, he made sure that all of our needs were met and that we found a unit that was perfect for our lives! He's kept in touch with us even after we moved in to make sure that we feel welcome and happy with our decision! On move in day, our apartment was spotless and even came with a few gifts to get us started! You use an app on your phone to access the buildings and amenities and I think that's really neat! We look forward to joining the community and taking advantage of the coffee shops, movie theater, and gelato that is close by! We know that if we ever need anything, Abdul and the amazing staff at Avalon Lakeside will meet our every need and exceed our expectations every time!"

"When Avalon took over they added a new music "list" at the pool, but only one song kept paying constantly. The manager called me and confirmed they are aware of the technical glitch & turned off the music until it is fixed. I really appreciate the response, from the manager. However, the front desk clerk originally said I have to call each day to have it turned off.. I told him that wasn't a satisfactory resolution, but he didn't seem to care. That's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Overall my experiences at Avalon have been positive."

"When Nexus owned Lakeside, this was a great place to live. Since Avalon took over, several things have changed. Most important to me right now is service/maintenance. Nexus responded to all maintenance issues within 24 hours. With Avalon, I reported my heater not working Monday morning around 8:30am. 50 hours later and 50 hours of below freezing temperatures, still no response. I followed up on Monday evening. I called the office twice yesterday. I put in a second service request yesterday. Still....... no response from anyone. I've only had one other issue since Avalon bought Lakeside and it also took days to get a response. This is unacceptable. Please just respond."
