"Staff not well trained to be of assistance. Had issues with our TV and no one, including Hilton Honors help desk, could help us. YouTube didn’t have a solution with the set up we had. As a result our TV was essentially unusable during our stay. But on the bright side, we all looked at each other a lot and pretended it was the 80’s."

"This was likely one of my top 5 stays! After decades of travel for work and vacation I couldn't have asked for a better location. The room was outstanding and helped me work, comfortably, before a good night's rest. The turn around on a quick trip is much easier with a stay this enjoyable."

"Asked for a late check out as I had a conference call at 12:30pm. Housekeeping knocked on the door and asked me to leave. Then the phone rang in the room and I was asked to leave again. When I talked to the front desk they told me that no one approved the late check out. I had specifically talked to two people at the front desk the day before that said it wouldn’t be a problem And took my room number down. The front desk person made it seem as though I had made up this story and demanded that I give a description of the people I spoke to about the late check out. I checked out promptly at 12:05pm and did the conference call in my car. For a new hotel I would expect their customer service skills to be better. I travel for work frequently and this is a first."

"Overall, it was a great experience. We have had an extended stay due to work being done in our home, so there has been plenty of time to critically assess. What we like most: - New and clean, which includes rooms and all common areas. - Breakfast is more than adequate, with standard waffle station, oatmeal bar, breakfast sandwiches, pre-prepared omelets, cereal, pastries, and juices. I suggest adding a second waffle station as one doesn't seem adequate given the wait time. - Pet-friendly, with nice grounds for walking, which includes refuse bag station on the north end of the building. - Pool is on the small side, but refreshing. - No noise at all. Until the River Walk area is built out further, you can expect little to no noise on any side of the building. - Staff are friendly and responsive. - Coffee (including decaf) and hot water for provided tea bags are available in the lobby all day. The lobby is clean with plenty of seating and power hookups. Bottom line: I would highly recommend this hotel for any type of traveler."
