"Recently moved in within a week of looking at the apartment. Minor details had to get fixed but over all great experience so far. Repairs are taken care of quickly and very quiet neighborhood. The young lady’s in the leasing office are great on all levels and very helpful and kind."

"The best place we've ever rented so far. I see that this complex uses high quality materials for kitchen appliances, paints and bathrooms. Therefore everything inside the apartment looks very neat and beautiful. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. Overall the common areas in the complex are clean, neat and well maintained. In previous places I rented there was an issue of trash being everywhere. But not here. They diligently maintain cleanliness in all areas. Views are great! The office, gym and community areas are a great too. I can work in the office at any time and get a coffee if I need. The only downside of living here is the dog owners who don't clean their pet's poop. If you step your feet on the grass you may accidentally step on a dog poop. That's how bad it is. I wish people who live here were a little bit more responsible."

"So far, it's the best apartment I've ever rented. Staff is nice, they have done their best to accommodate my requests, neighbors are great, the view is really amazing on the river walk. Parking is super easy. The main concern I always have with apartments is the experience I have moving out. Are they going to be fair? Are they going to keep all my deposit for no reason? These are just a few of the reasons I typically change a positive review when moving out. The costs here are pretty average to what the market is like all around. From my experience these days, you are not going to find a place for under 1000 bucks base rent, in a safe area with amenities."

"I have lived here for 2-1/2 years and love it. This is a new developing area. The property management is very polite and always responds immediately to any questions or concerns. They keep everything clean and up to date. Cenon is the backbone here at Bexley River Walk and does everything by the policy. He truly cares about the tenants. The maintenance response team has always been thorough and very professional. The apartments are very sound and not able to hear anyone walking around above or talking through the walls. The scenery is superb with many waterfalls that are lit up at night, the tower clock, the new chapel on the island, and new businesses being built along the river walk. There are also a lot of walking trails and biking trails. Upscale shopping strips are very close and Highland Village is only 5 minutes away for anything needed or wanted. Crime rate is extremely low. There is a fantastic police department who watches over the property and surrounding areas. There are a lot of medical offices located in the area for anything that a person would need. This has been the best luxury apartment complex I've lived in. This has been a very positive experience."
