"I love living here and all of the amenities that are offered. I also love the area being close to Grapevine Lake. They fixed the Air Condition problem in the hallways January 2023. It is now very comfortable. The valet trash and elevators make everything convenient. The staff is very friendly and the planned events are fun!"

"Great place to call home. My wife and I were looking for an upscale complex that had many activities. Overture has a great Manager, staff, and Maintenance team. It is a very clean, safe, and fun community. We enjoy our apartment home."

"My parents moved to Overture in spring of 2021 and they love the residents. There are lots of activities for seniors and the common areas are well kept. That said, there are definitely a few issues. First is the internet and phone that they have to use through the apartment’s spectrum account are constantly going down. I can’t remember the last time I called without it going straight to voicemail. The second is their AC was down for 6 days over Memorial weekend when temperatures were in the high 90s/low hundreds and their apartment never got below 84 on those days. When my mother asked for a credit towards their rent for those days that they couldn’t use the apartment (rent that went up $292 a month this year), the management refused to respond. It’s not only disappointing but dangerous."
