He always greets me when he sees me on property. I always see him going above and beyond to make sure the property looks clean! Can’t wait to hang out by the pool this summer!"

"The maintenance at this place is garbage I been waiting for almost a month for my ceiling fan to get replaced. When I go and ask about the ceiling fan the maintenance guy tells me he doesn't even know when the ceiling fan is going to arrive. now when have you ever ordered something and don’t know when it’s going to arrive. Yeah never. If you move here and ever have a problem with something be prepared to wait and have no Time frame when it’s gonna get done."

"Stayed here for 4 years in a townhouse. It started off as a good experience but went down hill over the past few years. To highlight the positives the staff is extremely friendly (Jose is amazing) and location is fantastic. Problems we experienced are that the AC on the 3rd floor could never keep up believe it to be an insulation issue as they replaced a unit. During our time every appliance broke and would take multiple weeks to month to fix, including our washing machine which was broken the last 3 months we lived there and they said “we’re going to replace after you move out”. Outside of our until most of the electrical gym equipment was broken and the pool is always in rough shape. The increases in rent from $3200 to $3800 was excessive. Multiple cars we’re broken into and stolen including our truck. The security system on entrances is awful. For the price you should look into a house in the area plenty to rent. When we moved out, again after 4 years, they charges were roughly $1,000 with random charges like the carpet is dirty and deep cleaning and $600 for utilities which made no sense. Would not recommend this place."
