"Moving from out of state. The staff have been so helpful and sweet. Micheline is hands down the best leasing agent I had when looking. I made my final decision on this community because of her. The units are beautiful and spacious and the community has lots of amenities and almost everything you would need in walking distance like restaurants, a grocery store, coffee, pet store and trails."

"I have lived at Elora for over 2 years now and I love it. The leasing agents and the managers are very nice and accommodating. Neighbors are very nice and I love having the ability to walk to restaurants. I recommend this complex to all of my friends. Charlie, Tina, and Micheline always are very friendly and say hi to every resident they see. Maintenance guys are very sweet and understanding when anything goes wrong. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"Gave a 5 star review when I moved in; unfortunately I needed to retract it. Lived here 4 months only & so many issues to count . When you say luxury, you pay higher rent & fees so you don't have to be concerned with little things, such as: 1. Light Bulbs - They have 3+ types of light bulbs that are used inside each apartment; including under the cabinet lighting that you are responsible for ordering & need to put in a maintenance ticket for them to switch out. Some of these lightbulbs require special ordering...surprise! 2. Building Security - When I signed my lease, the security panels were not working & were going to be fixed. Fast fwd 2 months later when I moved in; they still were not working. 1 month after moved in & a few complaints from residents, they fixed it. Then less then a month later, it stopped working again; still not fixed. 3. Stairwell walls - Typically I take the elevator, but since elevator is not working this am, I noticed holes from the handles being slammed into the wall. Not all of them have door stoppers. I can tell they have been there a while. 4. Kitchen sinks are jerry rigged with 2 metal wires & zip ties. Don't believe me; look under the sink when you visit the model. They took shortcuts when they built this place. Only thing holding it into place from swinging is the sealant that is meant to keep water from flowing out underneath the edges. They are using it as glue; so when you start soaking dishes, the sink will pop out of place from the weight. Maintenance came & said if I wanted it fixed properly with the proper support; I would need to order the parts myself because the leasing office wont pay for it. 5. After moving in I got a visit from "Karen" who decided to ring my doorbell & ask me a lot of invasive questions re: my doorbell camera. If it wasn't for the fact that she was elderly, I would have thought she was looking to case my place. Little did I know it would lead to harassment by recording my door of snacks I leave out for the delivery drivers. 7. Trash pickup - They give you a tiny little trash can that your supposed to fit 2 full 13 gallon trash bags in...well good luck with that and if its sitting outside the trash can, expect a $25 fine. Hours are strict 6-8pm so if you work late... this isn't the place for you. Mgmt said that no one complains; check out the pics Tina, your clearly missing the bigger picture here 8. Amenity Fee - They raised their amenity fee from $17 to $40+? Why? You made no improvements, so how can you justify an increase...let alone doubling it? 9. Dog wash - Had to go to leasing office several times to complain about both dog wash shower heads broken...took over a month to repair because of "special parts". 10. Parking - Hard to find parking that isn't a trek past the hours of 7pm. 11. Monthly fee for pkg lockers but at least you can choose to opt out. Every apartment I lived in never charged me for this; only if your pkg sat in it for 3+ days. 12. Washing machine I have to avoid using 'precise fill" on washer machine that would make it cost efficient because leasing refuses to repair/replace per maintenance 13. Leasing office: Charlie is nice, but his hands are tied when you leadership is poor. They rather defend this place then listen to their residents. They lie that no one has ever complained about anything and their poker faces need work. Your residents talk to each other and you are very much out of tune with them. When a busy working professional who works from home has to worry about all these things in just 4 months; this does not scream luxury living. I don't bother anyone, pay my rent and live peacefully. I typically don't complain but after recent events; I've had enough. The only thing luxurious about this place is the neighborhood and frankly that's what they rely on. Luxury living doesn't nickel & dime their residents; that's why they pay higher rent/fees so they don't have to worry about these little things. When luxury places start doing these things it screams cash flow issues. My advice to visitors, you can kind find better!"

"Beautifully maintained apartments that are extremely clean inside and out. I’m Very impressed with how move in ready the units are with all appliances, cabinets, windows and blinds all updated and perfectly clean. Would definitely recommend to others! Siobhan (housekeeping)is responsible for getting units turn key (move in ready) and she does an amazing job (seen multiple units she’s done)!"

"One of the best apartments I've lived in! I will be renewing! The best part about this complex is that it is located in a small community. Walking your dog isn't in a parking lot, you've got trails by the lake, restaurants, dog parks, you always have a beautiful atmosphere (and it's not loud). The units are beautiful with huge windows so you always have great natural lighting which is refreshing. The only thing I would warn about is parking at building 2. Many times the restaurant folks will park in the residential parking spots but they only tow in the middle of the night so finding parking after work on busy days is very hard. But it's worth it because the location and units are wonderful!"
