"Posting on behalf of a resident so they remain anonymous. This is the resident’s 3rd summer at the property. The first summer (2021) the pool was closed because it was broken and once it was fixed management blamed it on the city inspector. It has been broken all through 2022 and 2023 to date it is still broken. Many times, the pool has been green and brown. At this point the resident believes they may be breaking it on purpose so they will not have to maintain it. The pool area is where residents access the grills. So, this means the grills have also been closed for 3 years. Every time the resident speaks with management it is another excuse as to why it is not open. If the pool needs to be drained and fixed properly, DO IT – THIS IS WHAT RENT IS FOR! They raised the rent over $200 for residents and yet the POOL IS NOT FIXED. The issues do not end with the pool. All but one piece of equipment in the work out room is broken and has been for months to a year. Again, they do not maintain the amenities our rent is factored on. Repairs are neglected for years despite multiple work orders and are cleared out without being completed. Specifics are withheld to maintain anonymity. The resident has tried to contact the corporate office but gets stuck in a recording loop and is unable to speak with anyone. At this point the resident is doing research with the state to file a formal complaint. This is an income restricted property. Texas has laws and residents are fed up."

"Management has no clue what they are doing and have gone through employees like crazy . They don't take consideration to any complaints you make and say they can't do anything about the noise the upstairs neighbors make all through the night . (Vaccuming , playing drums , dropping weights) all at 3/4 AM . The lease renewal process has been dragging out for over 4 months now and now they decide to raise my rent $200. I have loved here over 2 years and have literally only gotten to use the pool once because they never open it . The property has just gone downhill the past year and a half."

"My daughter lives there. Very nice. Although it would be even nicer if they had a elevator to get to the second and third floors. That's why I can't go over there and see her very often is because of the flight of stairs I have to walk up. One at a time. But other than that it's a beautiful place. I love the pool area and the gazebo. Very nice apartments."
