"If looking for a job in the area there's several options, if looking for places to eat there's also several options. The quality of the place is maybe a 5 (if you get lucky 6) out of 10 and it's a 3-4 if you mind the cockroaches"
"I was dropping off a friend. Seemed crowded, a lot of loud people out for being so late and property didn't seem up kept. I didn't go in, so not sure what they look like inside but outside definitely could use some cleanup!"
"The new manager Sylvia Martinez is absoulty amazing!! Despite the old reviews this place has turned completely around with the help of her. Work orders get filled on time, friendly staff, little to no noise, clean environment, working laundry facility, pools open in the summer, no crime, all bills paid and as far as pest i dont have any in my apartment. ☺ Satisfied renter here!!"
"Never have I ever see every single review one star. The smarter (or should I say sneakier) apartment owners will hire their friends and family to write fake five star reviews. But not this place. It's almost as if they're proud that this place sounds like it may just completely cave in at any moment. I may swing by as a prospective renter just to meet this "Tammy" and find out why every single person has an enormous problem with her."
