"So. When I toured this place they tell me and my girlfriend that we won’t have yo pay deposit up front, nor our first months rent. Now it’s a day before moving in and the apartment claims the exact opposite of what they told me and completely lied to me over the phone about the matter. “You and 4 others are moving in tomorrow and you’re the only one that brought this up” she started to pull “legal” acts by bringing up what we signed in the lease and what was written down for reference. They just were looking to cover their own (you know what). Now i’m locked in with this place for 14 months unless if i’d like to pay the disconnect fee of $2000+. Don’t move here, take it from me, I haven’t even moved in yet. Please don’t make my mistake."

"I like living here for the most part. Office staff is nice but I keep submitting a request to replace my screen that was blown off. Summer is getting close and this is too big of a window to not have e a screen to help with heat. I’ve submitted 3 requests and all they do is say “complete” with out doing anything . It’s extremely frustrating . I’ve been asking this to be replace since I moved here in September."

"Employees in the office are down to earth and enjoyable. The property is very appalling and located in a good central area. Approval process (for me) was swift and they have great extras in addition to decent rent amounts."

"Please work on better communication with residents and actually responding to maintenance requests. Currently 3/4 of our fire alarms are broken and have yet to be fixed. I put the first maintenance request in September, and it's been almost a month now. Sure someone came to check it out, but never actually fixed them. This is a safety hazard and needs to be fixed!!! When I tried to put in another maintenance request to address the rust that is leaking into our bathtub from the ac unit (this bathtub is used by children), the staff only tried to bring up the fire alarms. I've told you all that this will leave damage to the tub if not addressed and honestly I'm not comfortable with the kids using it. I just don't understand how I can move into a newly renovated apartment with so many issues. Edit: Okay, but what about the 3/4 fire alarms that are broken? Again you're only addressing a part of my request. Edit #2: I appreciate someone being sent out, but two of the fire alarms are still broken and were left on the floor. So leaving paperwork that says it's complete is false. Also, do not stand on my furniture especially with your shoes on to reach things. Bring a ladder, that's rude and disgusting. Like come on?!?"

"I moved in on 6/1 and have had problems ever since move in day. I also got the upgraded apartment ( luxury, edition ) Yeah right! Cracks all in the walls, paint and stains all over the floors. No hot water since day one. Was told got water heater is broken. First why wasn’t that checked before I even moved in? Was told didn’t have a solution to my problem. Trash thrown in front of my door asked multiple people to have the trash removed to no avail. Apartment was thrown together for my arrival. Paint spray all over my kitchen cabinets and flooring no one has came to look at the problems I am experiencing. Asked for a manager to return my phone call which has not happened yet. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Full of empty promises"
