"Dishwasher situation is horrible, and maintenance is to lazy to do anything 2024 update: Don’t live in these apartments out of the 25+ times I called maintenance they have only showed up 3 times for major issues."

"This is a great family-friendly community right around the corner from Hurst Hill Elementary. The Hurst police department keeps everyone feeling safe and secure. There is limitless parking with no predatory towing. The staff is always present during posted hours and quickly respond to any inquiries. Administrators, Nancy & Jimmy, are very friendly and put maximum effort in communicating any messages regarding the neighborhood effectively. The maintenance staff, Roberto & Eric, are very respectful of individuals' needs (pets, children, disabilities) and super professional in their work. I have enjoyed my experience here more than any other apartment before. It takes a team and a lot of work to build a community, and we have one here where you can get to know your neighbors. "We’ve had mold since December 31st after an upstairs leak. Maintenance said they would repair the damages the following week. It’s now been 3 months. We have a child with a disability in the home and another child on the way. This is not safe. The office is conveniently closed today. Our fence has also been broken for almost 2 years and now another part has fallen down, not safe for children to play outside. We’ve always loved living here but this is unacceptable."

"I have lived here going on six years. Whenever my lease was up and I needed to upgrade for space I always chose to stay here. What some of the tenants are saying is true. We have had a change in staff at least 3 times since I’ve been here which is not bad because most complex change staff every three months. I only remember one management staff not being good at all and they were here for 30 days. The previous management staff was great and friendly. I have found that this management staff is kind and helpful as well. There are things that have been delayed in repair and this started after the pandemic. Prior to the pandemic things were repaired in a very timely manner. Many people know of shortages in food items at restaurants and in grocery stores. The management team explained the situation and the problem was solved. Thank you for getting me a new ice maker. I really appreciate it."
