"Dr Leffel is consistently on her game. ❤️ We have been patients since 2008 & have ALWAYS received the best care whether it be with a DR. or NP. Short wait times & can always get a same day sick visit as long as you call at a reasonable time."
"The doctors, once you get back there to see them - are excellent. However the way they run the practice can be frustrating. It’s hard to get a same day appointment (if kid is sent home sick from school for instance) because they don’t have enough doctors at each location. So you say, “ok, can we get in tomorrow?” No. - no you cannot - well maybe? We don’t know. You have to wake up and call again when they open and roll the dice, like queuing for concert tickets or something - because they won’t let you schedule a sick visit except for that same day. BUT you often can’t get in same day because they don’t have appointments. You will be calling their office phone WAY MORE than you actually see the doctor and wanting to scream into the anbyss…. and that is super annoying. I think they need less locations and more doctors at each one maybe? I don’t know but it’s annoying, very annoying. But the doctors are good - Alicia Leffel is particularly excellent."

We love Dr.Leffel, who has been our main provider this whole time, and trust her expertise fully! Dr. Selzer is a close second to her :) The rest of the staff is great too! They always offer same day sick visits if needed, which is a plus!"
