"Very bad service"
"Everything was great until I moved out and received a "Move Out Statement" with frivolous charges. They are attempting to charge me $233.45 for Carpet damages, even though the carpet was clean with "no" stains, spots, or damages. I did take photos of all the rooms carpets and walls. They also want to charge me $250.00 for pest control, claim the place was infested, even though I only saw maybe 8 pest the year I lived there, each time notifying them when I would 1 or 2, which they did immediately have the space treated. They are also attempting to collect $47.35 plus a $4.74 late charge for 1 days rent, even though I sent an email informing them that I would be moving out on the 31st of July and was told that I would be charged for breaking my lease if I moved prior to the first of August. So, I waited until the first of August to turn-in my key, now they are charging me for rent and a late fee even though I was never notified regarding any of these issues. I even requested a one-on-one walk through and was told they do not do one-on-one walk throughs. I never missed or was late paying my rent, kept the place spotless, and this is what I get for being a good tenant."
