"Property is professionally managed, with an on-site management company that cares about their tenants. I have lived at this property for approx 5 years, and have seen management teams come, and go. Martha, and Harsha by far are the best team I have seen during my time here. They are always on top of things making sure the tenants are happy first, and foremost."
"I have lived here about 8 months now. I rented my apartment sight unseen as I traveled for work. I absolutely love the management and staff here. The management company is still relatively new from what I understand. They are continuously working to make improvements to the complex. It is quiet and everyone in the complex is respectful of their neighbors. I have been extremely happy with my choice to rent here. The maintenance staff responds to any reported issues quickly and they are very helpful. I look forward to continuing calling this place home. Our complex manager, Martha is such a joy and is never bothered to help where she can. You wouldn’t regret choosing this place as home."
"To anyone looking to move here, do yourself a favor and don’t. They run the A/C on cool or heat depending on the season so even when it’s cold you can’t use the heater because it’s not on that setting yet and if it’s a 95 degree spring day you’re out of luck because you can’t use the A/C. On top of that there’s always all kinds of issues and they try to charge you for repairs. On top of that the lady at the front office will lie to other apartments when you’re trying to move out so if you’ve given your notice other apartments won’t allow you to move in because she’ll tell them you didn’t give a notice to vacate. Wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to my worst enemy."
"Everything about this complex has been great. Benny and Miriam are very attentive and proactive of any issues - and they have planned some great pool party to get to know our neighbors and make the complex feel like a community. Elated by the positive experience living here so far and with the new management and staff and their knowledge in all areas, professional demeanor, friendly and being proficient at what they do. My apartment floor layout is perfect for my needs. The neighborhood is awesome. All the amenities at this property are also incredible."
