Staff is always friendly and attentive and are always ready to help! Love where I live wouldn’t want to be no where else!"
"I Just called this morning to grab some information about these apartments and see what’s available and the leasing office Lady was very short and rude with me and wasn’t able to give me much information about when it came to a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. I am all about customer service and feel as if someone who works for things such as this should be a little more friendly to want people to come by. And from these other reviews rudeness seem to be a common thing there no thank you :("
"Well I have lived here since February 2020 it’s now June 2020 they haven’t open our pool up to the apartment complex. I love this place I’m glad to call it my home. Ebony is so so awesome Travis our maintenance man is hard at work. But the only thing that sucks here is the parking I think we need to have assigned parking for all the residents that live here or have some kind of sticker or plaque saying we live here. Cause there is not enough parking for the residents to park."
"Ebony and Erica y'all are doing a great job and have been very helpful I know that y'all are working hard and cannot always make it to the phone. You both have been very friendly and always welcoming when I come in and always ask how me and my family have been. With a new building I understand that y'all are not going to be able to make to the phone all the time and that is ok I know that you both are working hard to get as many people moved in as fast as possible. From me and my family thank you for all the help you both have given us."
