Oasis Springs Apartments

"Getting close to move out day and my rent went from paying $1289 to $1449. I wouldn't recommend anyone moving in these apartments. Not worth the money and not worth the trouble. I wish I could give zero stars but it won't let me post without giving a rating. 1 star is too considerate for the amount of hassle that comes with it."

"world is ending for single mothers with income less than 3,000 month we have to settle for housing like this. Apts needs updates throughout rats taken over what the roaches don’t eat I’ve lived here 18 mths and it’s been the worst. The management team keeps changing and puts anyone in office with your personal information lady text me said I was late on rent !!! Never have I ever been $1.00 short or a day late. Then call me tell me my lease expires next month I advise her the company owes me for washer /dryer back pay 17 mths and my apartment looks like, smells like crap due to mold broken windows so my light bill high broken cabinets my floors about to fall in she said ok we will get to it like come on now I know I’m a good tenant here. Also packing came the lady in office called ok I send my son deny him my package and say you not on the lease I call advise he 15 and yes on the lease also she verified my apt # 3 times and said he not on the lease. I pulled my lease lady I’m looking at my son on my lease oh I’m sorry I found it not to mention the unprofessionalism recently from all agents here has been the worst sad part I can’t move due to my income so I’m stuck here but if you’re are looking to move here let it be cause you about to be homeless with kids I rather live in my car some days but I have kids and we deserve better if I pay on time keep rental insurance and car insurance updated I do as they ask and I get belittled as a citizen"

"I came in not knowing what to expect, currently going through a personal situation and I am needing to move asap. Nick was super nice, friendly, and professional. He was quick and helped me get approved & situated within minutes! This made my day and now I can rest easy knowing I have a place!"

"If I could give a 0 rating, I would too. Don’t listen to the “fake” comments talking about how they’re trying to improve this place. They’re not. Management is NEVER in office, you never get the requests you need at the time needed, they put on the act that they want to help but it’s totally fake. Waited outside the office for an hour, nobody. Came back 2 hours later, still not there when I was trying to pay rent. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"if I could give a 0 star review I would, these apartments have mold allll in them , things break in your apartment . They will not come and fix it . One of the workers told me they could afford to fix anything . Not only that your car will get towed , even if it has insurance on it! and they’ll make you pay the fee to get it out! so PLEASE don’t move here , go somewhere else and don’t waste your time or money"
