"If you need a wonderful place to stay with several family members? This is the place! PROS: The instruction book is very clear and concise. If you have questions, the owner is VERY responsive! Four bedrooms-with ceiling fans, three bathrooms, two family living room areas, a pool table room and a dining room table perfect for eating and playing games! The refrigerator is incredibly spacious, the kitchen is easy to move around in, the coffee maker brews quickly and the washer and dryer are amazing! The front deck is huge and the back deck wraps around the side. You can walk right off the back deck and turn left to the hot tub or go forward onto the dock for some fishing! There are several areas to fish off of if several family members want to spread out. There is enough covered parking for three cars and a fire pit for evening campfires! CONS: It's a bit of a hike from the street or the parking area to the house if you have groceries or luggage. It is by the water so be sure to watch out for snakes! While we were there the backyard grass was long and we were constantly watching where we stepped! There aren't nightstands or lamps in the bedrooms so bring a long phone charger if you want it close for an alarm. The hot tub is a bit finicky but stick with it! There are NOT extra towels so be prepared to wash them or bring your own. Hand towels and wash rags are also limited. Kitchen items are basic - no blender or apron and limited spices so take your own! Kitchen storage is odd - be prepared to look through everything to find what you need. We bought and left a cooking skillet, hand towels for the bathrooms, a large bathroom towel (for an apron) and extra pillowcases. If you didn't bring something you need, there are a couple of stores fairly close that will probably have it. All in all, the Cowboy Yacht Club was great for me and my family."
