"0 stars is what I’d give this slumlord owner of Rent2Own Homes. He cannot remember a contract he signed or a conversation he had if it happened more than 8 hours ago. His houses USED to be nice and he USED to have a good reputation in Granbury. He cuts every corner necessary for his wallet to swell and for it to be his tenants he (REQUIRES) pouring money into his houses. The truth should and will be told!! He’s only benefitting. He will use people under the guise of “friendship” and screw you. When my lease is over, I’m done. He’s done. I don’t know how a man can be such a AH that his poor fragile ego can fit through the front door. You will be screwed over. He enters houses with zero notice and then bills you. The lease even says he can do this! The law says he cannot do this! He does!"
