"The most disgusting place you could ever stay! Roaches are everywhere! Black mold growing, and no working appliances. I unfortunately had livid here, and they don’t take care of anything. We had a leaking air conditioner where the so called “maintenance man” came to work on. He said that it was fixed but it was not. Thinking it was safe to stay there only caused more issues that put me and my son in the hospital. Trash is everywhere, literally saw a man peeing off his porch in front of children!! I would not recommend that anyone stay here due to it not being a safe place! This place has a law suit coming!!!"
"It's an older complex, but managed well and is kept Up. Quiet and calm"
"Visiting a friend, they told me their air conditioning unit has been dripping condensation from the ceiling for weeks. You’d think management would want to deal with problems like this that will ruin their finishes, but could also cause them legal issues if mold starts to form in the drywall."
"Too many water problems. Hot water is not available these last several weeks. I boil water to do dishes and bathe."
"I am visiting with my sister in law. Very rude management and security "night watch" older man. My fiance politely asked him to not shine his flashlight or pulse his flashlight in our direction because of my epilepsy. He repeatedly flashed and pulsed his light in our direction. Tonight I went outside to grab something from the car he saw me and proceeded to pulse his very BRIGHT flashlight. Just overall experience is terrible. Only giving a star because I have to in order to leave a review."
