"This is my first time living in Texas and decided to move to Lake Villas as found a calm and nice place to live. Really it is. The staff personnel are very nice and cooperative, so I just wanted to recognize them."

"I love this place. It is very quiet. Everyone is pretty friendly. The summertime was great with the lake and the pool. I met several people out at the pool. Any maintenance work, gets done very quickly. The staff has been super outgoing and personable since day one. When I come home, I come to relax and this place does just that for me. I highly recommended for apartment living."

"I love lake villas!! Aside from thing’s management cannot control, i feel so safe and welcome! Residents are helpful and kind and always there in a time of need, Teresa and Jackie always answer my questions to the best of their ability and help me in so many ways! I never want to move!!!"

"Just your normal run of the mill granite countertops, laminate floors and cheap black appliances. Walls are paper thin, the trash guy sounds like the hulk coming through at 9-10pm. No doors on master closet?? The upper rack in master closet is unusable as the rail isn’t spaced properly, neither is the guest beds. Storage is very limited so good luck if you’re a normal person. You can’t put anything other than chairs on your balcony, unless you have a pride flag hanging, then you can put whatever you want and smoke weed out there. Your guest can’t park inside so they have to walk anywhere from 20-200yards depending on building your in or they threaten to tow, yet they have no towing signs posted. But when someone parks in your carport they don’t tow?? 90% of the time the breezeways smell like weed or cigarettes and are filthy. A/C systems suck, your electric bill will be $200+ in the summer, heat is fine and electric bills are normal in winter. Dog poop everywhere so don’t walk in the grass. The pool is kinda odd, 4 gates but they only unlock one? Guess too lazy to take locks off the other 3. Internet is great if you get AT&T, spectrum has nothing but problems here. I haven’t had a single outage with AT&T and it’s very fast upload/download speed. Office staff is usually snarky and rude. Except Theresa (manager) shes great and helpful. Maintenance is usually quick. I’m sure if I signed another lease they’d raise my rent from 1450 to 2000 (2bdr3rdfloor) but I’m sick of the loud people and the train that literally shakes the buildings like a earthquake so I won’t be renewing. This place is ok but far overpriced, this is just normal apartments next to a lake. If they would have finished development, it could have been great. There was supposed to be a boat launch, boat trailer parking and a shopping center built in front of it but the city screwed them out of that for a police department we didn’t need."

"These apartments are beautifully designed! And moving in was easy with this staff team who work together so well! Hats off to Jackie, Teresa, and Jillian in the office, always willing to help with paperwork and questions you have, and Brian and Dale who care for the property doing whatever task residents may need. There is a lot of pride for these homes - the manager even walks the property every evening and lives here, too! I look forward to lots of great memories here for a long time!
