"My pcp submitted a referral back in the spring, electronically. A month went by and I never heard from the office so I called. They told, quoted exactly "we only accept manually faxed referrals on real fax machines". They had the electronic referral but okay...still operating in the 90s, but it's cool. I call my pcp and tell them that exact quote and they manually faxed over a physical referral on a real fax machine. A week or two after that I call Alamo ENT again and was met by a different lady with a disrespectful, put-out tone of voice as though it was seriously inconvenient for her to do her job and provide customerservice to a potential patient. She told me "we will call you with an appointment". Now over 6 months later I've never heard from them about an appointment. I still have 24/7 tinnitus. I cannot rate Dr. Webb as I never got to see him or even schedule an appointment. I was hoping to not only address the tinnitus but also add him to my team of docs monitoring my thyroid but that will not happen. If this is how their office staff act, I would hate to see what the doctors are like. If you can find a doctor anywhere else I would recommend that...staff with this group are nasty."

"I had emailed in a request for an appointment (just as their website instructed me to). I was told it would take up to 2 days for a reply. I waited 2 days and never received a response. When I called, the staff seemed a bit unprofessional. My husband needed to see a specialist because of an ear infection coupled with having something lodged in his ears. I was told the soonest available appointment would be mid- November (4 weeks away). What would be the point?! This is not an issue that can be dealt with for over a month. No concern from the staff. Definitely not the place I'd like to have treat me or my loved ones."

"Don't waste your time with this unprofessional staff. From the day my son was referred to this office we've had issues. We waited almost 3 months for an appointment that was eventually cancelled on the day of. Not to mention, 3 days before our appointment a front desk clerk called attempting to cancel my appointment because she said it "SOUNDED' like a tonsil issue and Dr. Webb does not specialize in tonsils. Attempting to cancel my appointment days before for something you THINK it is before actually seeing my child is absurd and unprofessional!! Save your time and take yourself or loved one elsewhere."

"My experience with Alamo ENT was great. Doctor G and his staff Maxine, Jamie, and others were outstanding. They worked with my family to ensure we were comfortable and informed. They were very professional with us. I will recommend."

"Brought my husband in for an issue with ear and nasal problems. We were told he had to pick one and make another apt to be seen for the other. He chose to have his ears looked at this time because we were already here but we were super irritated we came to an Ear, Nose & Throat Dr only to be told he won't treat ear, nose and throat at the same time. You have to make more apts to address each thing individually? Are you serious? We won't be coming back. Also the nurse seemed like she had better things to do or somewhere else she wanted to be...."
