"I am not happy with the Schertz location, Doctor told me that i have a cyst and i need a surgery and it’s cost even with my insurance a lot, so i got second opinion at different clinic and I don’t have anything that need surgery, it was just some scar which was giving me discomfort , never be back to any Agacia OBGYN"

"Would give zero stars. Went in on 11/29 for genetic testing so I can find my babys gender and genetics. I diligently called on numerous times to find my results to then be told I needed to wait and they will inform me . Fast forward to 3 weeks and both offices are confused and state I possibly never did the genetic testing and it was a standard ob panel (I had already done that OB panel on 11/23 and walked in for the genetic testing on 11/29) what’s Alarming is during the times I called to get an update they never mentioned how they dropped the ball and the testing was NEVER done. The office and drs/midwives don’t call when they say they will and have nothing but excuses. This place is a joke and has gone downhill. Furthermore my midwife has not shown up to several appointments meaning possible insurance fraud at this office as they billed me as “ I saw my Midwife “. Please look elsewhere if you want a caring and pleasant experience. You do not want to deal with this office if your pregnant, they honestly don’t care.Merta , Jessica and Sarah have been the worst and stall on getting you answers and on calling you back, their excuses are “ the phone rang and we had to help others”.Which is horrible!! Be Warned!!"

"This is my first pregnancy.as a teen mom. I am 5 weeks pregnant. I have been to this clinic twice once on Monday And I was asked to come back again Wednesday for hcg testing. I have never felt welcomed by the nurses at the front desk. I never had an issue with anyone else. Besides them. First time I came in to my first appointment the lady at the front got on me about not having a mask. I didn’t know I need one til that day which was fine I have no issue about that. I went to the ER the next day bc now I am having a possible miscarriage and just been going through it. I needed to come back again today and honestly didn’t want to come in the first place cuz I knew all I was gonna hear was bad news. But I decided to anyways bc I was asked by my doctor. This is my first possible miscarriage and it isn’t easy so I’m sorry that I wasn’t worried about having a mask coming in again. I had so much on my mind . And just been through a lot the past 24hrs. I came in to get blood work and the same lady got upset with me about the mask but this time there was a second lady with her . I had apologized and she handed me a mask. As soon as I sat down the two ladies began to whisper about me and talk about me infront of me. I’m assuming they didn’t want me to hear. But they did a bad job at that cuz they can’t whisper good and heard everything they were saying about me. Which I think is RIDICULOUS. You are at a professional place and I feel is unprofessional talking about a patient infront of them. You don’t know what someone might be going through. I almost wanted to cry and say something but I didn’t cuz I already had so much more important things to worry about than a mask. I do not want to keep coming to this clinic."

"Friendly, clean, quality care. Easy to get in and out of with no paid parking. I've been seeing this practice for just over a year. They helped me through a very rough miscarriage and i returned to them with my current pregnancy. They have been professional and kind every step of the way from the receptionist, to every nurse, to the 3 doctors I've had experience with. I've never had to wait for my appointment and even get seen early if i come early and they have space. I have no complaints at all and though i plan for this to be my last child, i will continue to see them as my regular obgyn should my future insurance allow it."

"Dr. Almendarez is a fantastic OBGYN who really takes the time to listen to his patients. I went in with severe pain and he had me scheduled for surgery within a few days. His staff is exceptional, especially Sandra. They are very responsive when using the patent portal and so empathetic to whatever you're going through, good or bad. I moved away from San Antonio and he was the first doctor I looked up when I was able to move back. I will follow him to any practice he is associated with. Highly recommended! :)"
