"I have been a patient of Whelmed Schertz location for approximately five years. The front desk office employees have provided exceptional assistance. The last time I was there the desk staff person welcomed me and wanted to remember my name without my providing it. The lab techs were wonderful and always on time no waiting. Every doctor I have seen were the best including the following...Dr. Lim, Dr. Aung, Dr. Guzman as well as PA Brady Harrison. I have never had to wait.....the office is emacuatly clean and such a good experience I look forward to labs and doctor visit next month. Please accept my 5 Star review gladly given."

"So at my very 1st meeting with my doctor Brenda Guzman among other things, I asked her to run a testosterone test after describing the symptoms I was having. when I requested the testosterone test she kinda made a face As if I was crazy and then questioned me as to why I thought I needed that run. after convincing her To do it, when the results came back showing that I was extremely low on testosterone She did inform me that yes I was very low but she would not prescribe me testosterone because it was a controlled substance and instead wanted to Refer me to an oncologist to get testosterone, I'm now in a testosterone program at another clinic and get testosterone regularly. At that 1st visit she did prescribe me a medication for another condition. It was originally sent to CVS pharmacy but I found a much much cheaper pharmacy online that literally saves me hundreds of dollars every month on my Prescriptions. After sending my prescription to this cheaper pharmacy several times all the sudden this month they send the prescription back to CVS. And after several phone calls back-and-forth trying to get it rerouted to the cheaper pharmacy. I get a phone call today telling me that doctor Guzman refuses to fill the prescription at that pharmacy and they refused to give me a reason why, it's very obvious to me the reason why. It's because they are not supportive of their patients saving money but instead want as much money going to the pharmaceutical companies As possible. She realized that I was saving hundreds of dollars a month on this one medicine and depriving the pharmaceutical companies of so much of my own and my insurance companies money and she was not having it. this is terrible business I feel like this is a violation of her oath of ethics you would think that you would want your patient saving as much Money as possible and since you have already sent the prescription there numerous times, there can't possibly be a problem with it. Do not go to this doctor."

"My sister had just been told she had breast cancer. Not only did they mispronounce her name (she’s been going here for years) but they didn’t get the results. After nine days we called them for results. They “could not “ put it on the parent portal or email so I went to pick it up. They had only the procedure notes and not the results. Girl said they couldn’t call the lab. I threw a fit and they called the lab. Waiting for fax. So sad that they are so uncaring !!"
