"Never going back to this clinic. I scheduled an appointment for a physical exam and these idiots decide to ignore that and bill my insurance for a regular visit which, if I decide to pay will cost my over $200 instead of being fully cover because of their stupidity. Not only that but now I lost the $450 in HSA funds which the physical was meant to earn me. So over $650 lost over their error. Then when I ask them to fix it they have the audacity to insinuate that my first visit can't be a physical exam...excuse me, there are plenty of people who will only see a doctor when they need to get a physical especially if they don't have an established primary. So try again...this is the very reason why I still see my real primary in Georgia. The doctors and staff here are sorry, manipulative and greedy."

"Stay away. Good luck getting ahold of anyone or having them call you back. Most of the time the push you to the portal for everything. They send you reminders of appointments via text and then say it a was cancelled when you show up. They are always booked out months in advance so can never see anyone you need when you need to.... Just do yourself a favor and find a different doctors office."

"I had my first scheduled appt with Dr. Trini Garza. Updated my info online so I would not have to when I got to appt. I recvd a text to be 15 mins early to my 8:30am appt okay I got it. I walked in gave my name, dr and time. I'm asked if Walgreens was my preferred pharmacy reminded her everything I submitted online was accurate, she then asked for my insurance card that I had uploaded but some reason it wasnt there and my ID that I did not upload for my own personal reason. She then says that DR is asking why I"m 6 mins late, I'm sure the look on my face and me studdering she could tell that I'm shocked that he is asking as I've never been asked before. I proceed to tell her I dunno I'm just late no reason at all. She asked if I got message about being on time and I said yes. I guess because it wasnt due to traffic or an emergency dr asked her to tell me I need to reschedule or come back at 11am. No sir, I will not reschedule nor will I return at 11am so can sit in your lobby another 15 mins or longer. I will find another Dr that is not petty. Oh and you dont deserve a star but I required to in order to post this review."

"This place has unfortunately gone downhill. When I started going here I saw a wonderful doctor that moved on, I then started to see PA Bell and he was just as wonderful but retired after which I begin seeing B. Carmichael. I feel as if he doesn't really know what he's doing. I came in for a 3 month follow up to get blood work done and he acted as if he had no idea why I was there. He looked over my file and gave me samples of a medication I've already been taking. He then completely forgot to order labs and didn't schedule a follow up, I started looking for a new doctor after that appointment. The receptionists are extremely unprofessional and bad mouth other patients while they have a waiting room full of people and everyone can hear! The lady that is usually at check out is one of the nicest employees there."
