"I’m very anxious at doctors offices, and I hadn’t been to the doctor since 2020. But I did my research and found this location. Booking the appointment was beyond easy. Someone called to confirm it and ask some details in 24hrs. Then I got a reminder as my appointment got closer. I went in today and boy was it PAINLESS. I walked in at 820 I was walking out by 930. I saw Florence Pugh and she was great. Very knowledgeable and put me at ease. She got straight to business but still made sure to ask if I had any questions or any concerns. The nurses were also super nice, no one seemed rude or like they were unhappy to be working there even during the holiday season. Happy to be a patient here. I’ll be back in 3 weeks to go over labs and I have no anxiety about it."
"This office is phenomenal! The customer service received reminds me of the kind of service most of healthcare used to provide 20 years ago! Not saying to outdated, not at all!! But they make you feel like they care, like people used to do 20 year ago! That rare to find nowadays! The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and thorough! The lab was friendly and patient with my husband who gets nauseous with lab work. :)"

"Hillside Primary Care is worth the wait!! You have to be prepared to sit in the waiting room a while, but once you’re called back the care provided is well beyond expectations. I saw the nurse practitioner, Flo, and she was very friendly and paid close attention to my needs. I was given all the referrals I needed, was scheduled to come back for a full blood panel, was given an EKG, had all my prescriptions refilled and got a flu shot!! They also scheduled a 2 week follow up to go over everything and give me a full physical. I highly recommend this doctors office. Very polite and thorough!!"
