"I've seen Kelly LeNoir at the Spring Branch location for the past few years, after following her from another office in San Antonio. I will follow her anywhere, because she's that good. Having been a flight paramedic for a decade, all I want to do is just be the patient. I don't worry about her medical advice for a second; she's sound, quite aware of my rare, complex diagnoses, and thoroughly understands and offers treatment that I nor my specialists have even thought of. I wish that I had found Kelly and this solid relationship years ago. So grateful to have her and Mercy Wellness. The front desk staff are always incredibly friendly and helpful. I use the portal to send messages for refills and call backs. Between Walgreens' refill line and Mercy's refil portal, they've managed to keep up, except for two occasions. They could work on timeliness with that regard, especially when prescriptions run out, after they've been called in on time. I've had one referral that was timely, so no issues to report, for myself anyway. I have chronic health issues, so, unfortunately, I have had to live in doctor's offices off and on the past few years, and I can tell you that this medical office is way above the bar. You can tell that they really care for the patient, they're very thorough, the staff appears to get along really well (another sign of health in an office, from a patient perspective) you tend to see some of the same staff, on repeat visits (continuity), and they tend to followup. Please keep paying them well, Dr. Terry! You've got a good group of humans!"

Dr. Jamie Morris and her staff have all been outstanding. Dr. Morris is respectful, caring and patient. She articulates her advice well. The staff is great. Omar and Jessica have been the front of the practice on every visit. We always feel welcomed and look forward to our care. We’ve even had the opportunity to share some stories and laughs during our visit. I highly recommend them."

"What a great clinic! The staff is friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable when conversing. Both of my COVID shots were handled very quickly and I never had any confusion with the process or discomfort in the clinic. Their office is a bit hard to find as it's up a giant parking lot hill and only accessible by a small drive aisle in a shopping strip. This is a good choice for health service if you're near this clinic."
