"Horrible! The staff is rude! Except for Lisa. They try to charge me for my free annual wellness visit through my workplace every single time. Even though I've showed them documentation that cigna permits it and it is 100% free anytime through the calendar year. The new girl from NJ was nice at first but I caught her on a day when It was busy during the flu season. I literally waited 1 hour and 20 minutes over my scheduled appt time. No apology. No explanation. She said "what are you here for? What do you want? Thats when I stopped going. If you don't like people and want to be pushy then maybe you should be a bouncer at a club instead of a Healthcare provider. Come on. Use some common sense. I usually make up my own mind when making reviews. But I've heard nothing but bad things about this office. Regarding personnel, bedside manner, billing and wait times. They want to charge us if we are 15 minutes late. Don't you think they should deduct our bill for making us wait 80 minutes past our appointment time? Fat chance."
"Dr. Deidre was exceptionally caring and a good listener. I felt understood and cared for as a whole patient. They were helpful with my pharmacy who goofed a few times trying to fill my script. I'll be bringing my whole family here as we establish a new medical home base."
